The title says it all.......
I emailed the vendors early today and only recvd one response ... Why is it they have such bad follow up -- don't list an email if you're not going to respond............. . This is a potential million dollar order... Oh well. Its their loss !!!
The golden rule is one hour for phone messages and one day for postal mai response. Emails need some reply in the same day please... If it isn't monitored - an auto response is appropriate.
